Set in the heart of Brockton, this course can be surprisingly enjoyable at times, unless the pace of play is
unbearable and the course is in terrible condition, which is usually the case. But if you do catch it when
neither of those factors are in effect, some of the holes can be fun and challenging. This is a course for both
the beginner and seasoned golfer, if they're looking for an ego boost.

The greens are extremely slow and tend to be bumpy at times. The pace of play can really slow up on the
first few holes, but tends to pick up after the 5th and 6th.

It's very reasonably priced and you can usually get a tee time there no problem. With a few bucks, this could
actually be a pretty nice layout. Lengthen a few holes and grow some grass on others and this course would
be pretty nice. But due to the amount of play it gets, the lack of funds they have, the course ends up being
the way it is.
